Our Terms & Conditions
- Opening & closing kms will be calculated from Pick up point to pick up point.
- Van will be chauffeur driven and strictly not for self drive.
- Parking , toll & Interstate permit charges will be extra as per actuals.
- Outstation rates have been provided based on the fact that the time of travel ends at 12 am (Mid-Night) on the given business day. Any travel beyond 12 am will be considered as the next business day.
- If the time of travel ends between (11pm- 1am)then surcharge of Rs.500/- will be applicable.
- Surcharge of local use charge will be applicable for local use in Chennai (If the customer wants to use local Chennai in outstation trip)
- For Hill stations, surcharge of Rs.500/Hillstation will be added.
- Rates subject to change without prior notice depending upon the Govt. policies & fuel prices.
- Only car categories are confirmed during the reservations. Car model is subjected to availability.
- The reservations will have to be passed either by mail or by fax to avoid miscommunication.
- Service tax as applicable.
